The nursing staff chaperone was fantastic – her wealth of knowledge made me feel so safe and her friendly warm nature made me feel so reassured. She stayed with me throughout my whole journey.

I had my procedure (a labiaplasty), and was operated on by my Consultant Mr Mohammad Masood, who has changed my life.

I was unable to get my procedure done on the NHS and I was for years wanting to have it done for medical reasons, as well as cosmetic. I felt a freak – it looked abnormal, not like how I felt it should look, and it was so uncomfortable – years of pain and discomfort. I was nervous going in for my procedure, but I can honestly say I felt no pain bar the initial injection to numb me; 45 minutes later I was leaving, on my way home, totally amazed and thrilled. I had made the right decision and was just focused on recovering.

Six weeks later, I cannot believe the change in my confidence. I feel it’s the best decision I’ve ever made, and I can’t thank the Oakdin staff and Mr Masood enough.

The personal, caring manner in which I was treated was superb and I would highly recommend this Clinic to everyone.

Considerably cheaper than larger plastic surgery clinics but a more personal experience with, in my opinion, greater expertise in their field. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Having previously dealt with Mya clinics and felt like unnamed cattle, Oakdin has a family and a personal feel. Dr Masood and the nurse made me feel relaxed throughout, and reassured me about my decision from start to finish, from the day I contacted them to my end result.

The whole process was swift, I went from a face to face discussion with Dr Masood to booking in my procedure a few weeks later.

On the day of the procedure, I was in and out within a few hours. The nurse talked to me throughout and was wonderful at calming any jitters I had. Dr Masood was also wonderful in dealing with a post-procedure concern I had and personally contacted me. I’m so pleased with my results.”

…The procedure was daunting, but the nurse was extremely good at calming my nerves. The doctor goes through everything and is very clear, I would recommend them.

The only thing I wish they offered was a one week or 10-day check up perhaps; 4-5 days after my operation I had a few concerns due to swelling and I would have benefitted/perhaps felt better if I had received a follow-up appointment.

However, on the other hand, I did have Dr Masood’s number, I was able to contact him and he did clear up the worries I had. I’m very happy altogether and it was of very good value.

It’s a really small intimate clinic which is nice and extremely clean. Everyone is very lovely and sweet, they not intimidating at all. Nurse and receptionists very chatty too. All in all, it is all very good.”

… It was only when I started to research which clinics offered the surgery near me that I came across Oakdin Clinic and noticed how cheaply they could offer it. I am so glad I went ahead with it! In the end, I had both labiaplasty and a hoodectomy. I am currently 4 days post-surgery and despite the swelling/bruising, I have had no complications yet and am overwhelmed with my results already.

I was very nervous going into the pre-operation consultation as before then I was very reluctant to undress in front of an audience. However, having done it the first time I was so much more relaxed when I returned for the surgery. Everyone that I had contact with at the clinic was lovely. Khalid was particularly helpful when I first enquired and offered me any information/advice in a timely response whenever I needed it, with always excellent customer service. Khalid and Mr Masood were particularly accommodating as despite being fully booked, I was offered a time slot prior to the usual opening hours to ensure that my surgery could be performed on the date I was originally quoted (due to work restraints).

However, that said – I would like to thank everyone at the Oakdin Clinic for the fantastic service I received and I can’t wait to see my final results. I feel so much more confident already and would recommend the surgery to anyone that has been considering it! I would also highly recommend Oakdin and all the staff. I myself will make a return to the clinic for any surgeries I may consider in future.”

I felt so relaxed during the procedure I couldn’t believe it. I didn’t feel a thing, Mr Masood constantly checked to make sure I was feeling ok and comfortable.

He remained professional yet kind and caring throughout the entire procedure. I couldn’t have wished for a better experience. After the procedure I was given Mr Masood’s phone number should I have any problems.

The after care I received was outstanding. A week after surgery I was still quite tender so I contacted Mr Masood who instantly replied to me and reassured me. He then stayed in contact to ensure I made some improvement over the next few days.

I still had some concerns so Mr Masood offered me a follow-up appointment for the following day! Again, I was put at ease.

Since then my recovery has been great! So thank you again Oakdin Clinic for your exceptional service at such a reasonable price!”

…I have been wanting this done for years but have always been too embarrassed to ever talk to anyone. I finally plucked up the courage and went to my doctor who said they don’t carry out this treatment on the NHS anymore and I would have to pay and go private.
