Yes they can; however, there must be a medically indicated reason for this.

Generally speaking the labial reduction is not associated with any change in the sensation. However in certain cases when tissues around the clitoris are removed and also any post operative infection can lead to altered sensation, which is usually temporary.

The procedure takes approximately one hour to perform.

You will need 4 – 6 weeks recovery.
